Bennett House - Cobham

Originally a block of four 1960’s maisonettes. Once acquired, we worked closely with Elmbridge Council to design and build an additional six flats. This involved extending either side together with a new roof area. The project was designed, built and managed by ourselves being completed in the twelve month forecast.

The property is currently let and managed by ourselves. We like the idea of the flats being long term homes, so vacant periods are rare although on the odd occasion when a property becomes vacant they are let immediately.
